Matt Ryan is a top tier quarterback. I don't understand you dudes. Just because he played with great skill players doesn't diminish his own talent and worth. Dude took a team in shambles, way before Julio got there and won 11 games as a rookie. Instant turn around. The guy has been the goods from day 1. He was 33-13 as a starter before Julio ever got there. Ya'll need a history lesson and a clinic on QB's.
