the new and downgraded version of Alex Smith, y'all. same check down tendencies without the ball security
makes no sense how he keeps checking down/turning it over playing behind one of the best o-lines in the game (top 5-7 at worst). can't imagine how he'd be with a trash o-line

Slim and trim is hilarious.

And a word of advice; working out for the goal of size is not gonna have you looking like Khalil Mack of it could you’d be in the league

Now that you’ve lost all that weight coast for a while and then bulk back up with the goal of increasing strength and size. Then after an extended period of time maybe a year or so cut down with diet and training while trying to hold on to as much muscle as possible.

P.S. bulking up doesn’t mean gain 100 pounds. It could meant 25.
I’m thinking about bulking up. Been watching a lot of Chris Jones videos. He seems to work out for size and seems to be successful at getting big and isn’t in the league. I think genetics plays a major part too. I’ve always been a preety naturally muscular dude and was able to get fit and buff lookin preety easily, I just let myself go. People at my job are super surprised at how fast I’ve lost all my weight and how quick I’ve turned my fat into muscle. Makes me feel like I was a real fat *** before lol. I’m not where I want yet, but I’ve made a lot of progress. Genetics and diet are def important. I legit see dudes that are damn near Khalil Mack’s size at Planet Fitness. They’re regulars, not sure if they’re on roids or not.

Ain’t no Turing fat into muscle. It don’t work like that.

And yea Chris is big for a natural guy but wouldn’t you like to look something like that when he’s lean. That’s the look I was referring to after one cuts down. Not exactly like him because he’s a different type of dude but you get the idea.

yea I’m trying to go for the lean look. You can’t turn fat into muscle?

i never say things based on week 1 but i’d be shocked if i don’t see the rams in the super bowl.

you can talk about how oakland kept it close but season opener at home you had to expect them to come out swinging.

rams mayweathered them. they toyed with them the whole time. they didn’t even take the chains off gurley til the 3rd.

defense is top 3 in the league could easily be #1, this wr corp is stupid talented, best rb who’s not holding out and most importantly they have a coach who knows his qb and only asks him to do what he’s capable of.

they looked like a machine out there

How about we wait to see how the rams look vs the Vikings in week 4

Then they have the packers and @ saints back to back in weeks 8 and 9.. then KC week 11

And eagles week 15

Not saying they aren't good, but they just played a team that JUST traded their best player and got a coach that was out of the league for a decade

Also, it's a long season, let's wait and see how injuries play out
