We’re down to like one Bulls fan who stills posts actively, right? They used to be pretty strong on here back in the day/

With regards to Ingram, what exactly do folks think he's supposed to be? A #1 option on a good team?

Pelicans looking very inept. David Griffin putting an end to his career quickly. If this goes down, I don't think anyone would higher him again.
Naw Griffin got alotta friends in front offices and the media …He will be mentioned for every management opening after sitting out a season or 2 just like last time

So what do you think BI’s ceiling is?
I legit don't know. The, "If he is the 2nd best player on your team, your team is probably in the lottery" is a wild statement because you don't have any clue who all else is on this/these hypothetical squad(s).

If the squad(s) has/have nice mixture of complimentary players, he definitely could be a #2 on a GOOD team.

Also, when people make statements like that they are usually thinking of the current makeup of the NBA. (Team tiers, etc). We don't know what things will look like in 2+ years.

Statistically, he has improved each season (except for last year).
He has missed significant time each year (We never know how this will play out. Does he increase durability as he gets old? Who knows)

So his BASELINE is All_Star since he has already shown that.

Dude is 23 years old.

23.

Let stuff play out.

Ingram is a bonafide #1 option on a contender. Top ten of the next gen. He's 23. Give him a supporting cast like you see in ATL or PHX and you'll see similar results

Right. Let this current older crop of players die off first before we start anointing who will/won't be the champs of the next era.

We have no clue.

I never understood Why folks were always so eager to predict the future.

*Wait and See*
