2021 NBA OFFSEASON THREAD: Media Day...SHENANIGANS

People are forgetting KPJ was a problem in the locker room and was getting into trouble off the court. It’s not like they traded him for no reason

When the Golden Knights were making the Stanley Cup run in their first season, my job allowed people to wear their jerseys on game days

Middle-aged white dudes would show up wearing their choppa suits, but instead of a button-down shirt, they would be rocking the jersey with the suit.

Tucked into their pants, with a blazer over it.
I only have a swingman (not sure I’ve seen an authentic so can’t comment on them) and they are cut big as **** with massive logos that would likely reach down near the belt line. I can’t envision any scenario where this turns out well

It never did

VPs would be walking around with those floppy *** jersey sleeves poking through the bottom of their blazer, just looking ridiculous

Only one player won a ring as “The Man” in 1996 but they have multiple MVP winners and Ray Allen is the second best 3-point shooter of all-time.

84 and 03 had two dudes win rings as a #1. But Wade only has one in that role. Stockton has the unbreakable assist record too. Barkley has an MVP.

This is really tough tough but I think I’d go
84
96
03

Only reason I have 03 last despite them having 3 players with rings is that Bron essentially got Bosh a ring and they only have one MVP winner.

On the real tho . Curry genes are second to none. They all have elite shooting none of the father son combos in the NBA have similar strengths like that
Mr Ibaka Sr, Mr Adams Sr, and Mr Antetekoumpo Sr. putting out the highest quality juice themselves. You just gotta take those spawns and put them through Steph Curry's masterclass.com course to combine with the elite physicals. I guess Mr Gasol Sr. too out here producing 7 footers, or Mr. Plumlee Sr. producing near 7 footers with fast twitch muscle fibers

And of course LeBron's dad, but we don't even know who son is (a few guys including a local Lawyer claimed to be)

1996 is the deepest of the three classes with really good players. 1984 overall most accomplished as compared to the others. I agree that 03 is strong, but behind the other two.

Yeah, I went by accomplishment of those 4 but agree about 96 depth >*. Kobe is the only one to stop all the other top HOFers in his class from getting a ring (or more rings in the case of Ray Allen) :pimp: . Bron better make sure he gets Melo a ring this year then he can say he put his class on his back

KPJ's 2nd year numbers are damn close to Dennis Smith Jr's 2nd year at the same age and I can't figure out why Kevin is considered a revelation.
I know you’re a Mavericks fan so you saw a lot of DSJ but to me this post indicates you just haven’t seen KPJ play. Or at least enough him. I’ll leave the more through breakdown to HOU$TON HOU$TON

Bron probably regret getting cool with Dray, one of them _'s that always gotta include himself :lol :{

I watched a good amount of KPJR after the trade. In my opinion, there’s a lot to be enamored with from a skills standpoint, but there’s also a lot he has to work on. The question is will he get better at those things. He’s super young so he can, but there’s major holes in his game and how he played last season. He’s a very confusing player to me.
