The man who runs the Vikings has four playoff wins and no SB appearances on his managing resume dating back to 1997. We really need to think about just how inept that is.
Spielman is a paper champion, always has been, and he's continued to keep his job in Minnesota (he's been there FIFTEEN years now) because of one reason: A willing and accommodating local media who never takes him to task cause man he's such a nice guy to me.

yes.. winning the division could change our draft pick between 10-20 slots
while I’m glad young guys are playing due to injury and wentz is looking better, we need to clear out some older guys
