What does that mean “he can’t be signed-and-traded” but he has veto power over any trade before the next calendar year?

If they match, when is the earliest they can trade him on the 4/$133MM deal?
Means Phoenix can't do a sign and trade to get back Myles Turner anymore.

Believe he could be traded on January 15th, but he has to approve the trade.

Thanks guys! Woj said he can not be traded until January 15th; however, it sounds like he just AGREED to the offer sheet but he has not SIGNED it so they could still potentially get pieces back if they don’t want to match/give him a contract?

Edit: To be clear - it is being reported that he INTENDS to sign it but ink has not touched paper (or finger touched Retina display). There is about an 8-hour window to hammer out an S&T for PHX

Big loss for the Suns but that's what you get for cheaping out. Indiana has an intriguing core now with Hali, Ayton, and Duarte. It's also funny that Jalen Smith is reunited with Ayton. Pheonix really does not like bigs.

One very intriguing point here is that Rick Carlise is the head coach of the pacers and he hates post ups:
