Wait what?!
Can Sterling tell Saver you no longer own the suns? As aepps20 aepps20 mentioned in here a couple of days back, the circumstances revolving Sterling made it possible for the sale to take place regarding the clippers (him being older and still married along with him and his wife divorcing and the stories of him having Alzheimer's, etc.) The circumstances here are different.

The reporter asked what's different with an employee making the statements Saver did vs the Owner of the team. The repercussions are going to be the vastly different between the owner and employee. The process of even trying to force Saver to sell the team may not even be possible and if it is will take years in court. If he is forced to sell, he will receive top dollar for the team. Is that really a "punishment"?

No, but Silver and the board of governors can vote to oust him just like they did Sterling. But as others have said even though Sarver's actions are even more egregious, the other owners are likely protecting their own self interests.

They gonna keep saying he ain't got a bag doe

Rudy remains :pimp:. Last all star left.

I don’t see the usual suspects, picking on the easy target. 😇

CP could really press the issue and go on the record

I was thinking about this too. What if Chris Paul organized the team and they collectively decided they werent going to play until Sarver is out? I guarantee you Silver would take notice and then potentially change his stance on this.

The NBA, it’s fans, everyone is so damn performative. The players nor anyone really care about Sarver all that much.

In 2020 it was **** the anthem, **** football, we writing Black Lives Matter all over the floor, kneeling, the whole 9.

NBA has straight went backwards on all of that and the players don’t even care :lol everyone stands at the anthem now, took BLM off the court it’s all good, just funny stuff man

The winner in all this recent news is Anthony Edwards. Everybody forgot about him now

It’s really to conserve energy.

One of the most underrated things (if not the most) in modern basketball is stamina. Nobody seems to really pay real attention to it.

It's Steph's superpower. Not more so than his shooting but...close. I'm personally am just as surprised at his conditioning as I am at everything else that he does.

I always took it as once he draws the double he jist pulls his man and the other defender or half defender/attention out of the play and leaves the rest of his team a 4 on 3 opportunity to score so be feels like ok i opened it up for yall, now yall score

Yep. It’s part of a reason why those 3rd & 4th quarter runs happen, where the dubs blow the game open.

By that time of the game, everyone is catching breathers or holding their shorts and trying to keep up.

Meanwhile, his stamina bar is still green. It’s like when you play 5 games of pickup, and the last game gets kind of sloppy, with everybody dead tired and the game a lil sloppy. And a new ***** come fresh on the court, and goes crazy. But that **** is Steph Curry :lol

And with the ball and player movement, it’s super hard to focus on all that action going on at once..especially when you tired as a defender.

Really what separates him.
