To be fair, a lot of the Kevin Durant pile on is because he created his current circumstances. He chose to leave a championship situation in golden state and his wagon to Kyrie Irving and he advocated for hiring Steve Nash.


Similar to how LeBron is catching heat for the lakers current situation KD deserves the same criticism here.

I get that and it’s completely fair.

My issue is people acting like he’s washed.

There’s never been anyone else in NBA history to be as good as he’s been after a blown Achilles. Maybe I’m biased because I’ve been through that injury; but I think what KD did this season was incredible. But he definitely got bamboozled by Qyrie.
