You think every time a hitter is unhappy about the strike he turns around says “excuse me sir, I do not believe that was a strike Mr Umpire” in the most polite voice and with a big ol smile?
I get what you’re saying. Some times guy DO get thrown own by overzealous umps, but this is the playoffs, a tie game, and a guy considered a “superstar.” Gonna take a lot more than that to kick a guy out and justify it without much flack from the media

Dirty play yes. Don’t think he should get kicked out tho. The same applies to any other guy who would have done that.
I say let the “unwritten rules” take care of it and Machado is definitely gonna get beaned (and deserves it) within the next game or 2

I get that its a playoff game so some leeway should be given. It that is the argument, I can totally buy it. If your argument is that players say "thats f***ing bulls***" to an umpires face multiple times and dont get tossed, we are going to just have to agree to disagree. When players drop F bombs in umpires faces, they get run almost immediately. And Manny did it twice.
