Seems like it was a smaller sample size, with time missed due to injuries/inconsistent playing time, and appears to be an anomaly compared to his prior seasons. Biggest question will be whether he could stay healthy or not, but trade seems like a win for both teams.

All the City Connect uniforms should get retired. They’re ugly and are a downgrade from the teams’ regular uniforms.

Looks like Twins are also receiving $8 mil in cash here.

I suppose one can look at this in a variety of ways as a Twins fan. The glass half full look is shedding Polanco when you have other bats ready, and receiving cash back, is a wise move for an ownership who pretty consistently cries poverty.
