They did, Graveman is a free agent and Toro has value with years of control left. If anything, M's fans should be pissed that their ownership group doesn't want to spend and is proud about it. Who knows how this season would've been for them if they signed a starting pitcher in addition to Paxton and a Major League 2nd baseman...
