Not sure why that's relevant. Coming back from 3-0 has never happened. That's all that matters. It's unlikely here but we can dream.
But to answer your question...
In World Series history, 24 teams prior to 2024 went up three games to none, and 21 of them completed the sweep with a win in Game 4. The last team to force a Game 5 when down 3-0 in the World Series was the Reds in 1970 against the Orioles.

I'm not surprised no one has ever come back from 3-0 since the scenario has only happened a handful of times.
