That happened to me once at a place years ago i used to get shoes from. My opinion. If your gonna hold a pair for an owner they should never tell your customers that info. And besides that you should be selling pairs to your customers. Needeless that say that shop went out of business 2 years later. #1 rule put your customers first

Lol, I agree with you there but that's mostly because the size 13 is a hard catch sometimes!  Believe me, if I get a chance to lock down a pair, done deal!
