They're in the outlets, which along with all Nike stores are slowly phasing out phone orders.
Someone posted in the outlet thread that the Jersey Gardens store had some for $70 about a week and a half ago.

Whoa. They come to $164 after shipping. Yeah, unless you're the most impatient/hyped person ever over this release, just wait until tomorrow or later when they pop up for their $110 retail, and a lot of places have cheap or free shipping.
