IG just turned into Walmart when they added a grocery store....
for those saying this is a "desperate move" and Snap will be ok... what would make a snap-happy person not use the feature on IG? what would keep a person posting on both if IG offers more options to post things?

Do you think IG will delete inappropriate/NSFW stories like they would with regular posts?
Snapchat is pretty much free range to post whatever you want on your stories which is what i think teens like myself/young adults like about snap
Idk but right now, I think snapchat is here to stay
But i really like the idea of everything in one app
I guess I'll just wait to see what happens and where the masses go to

Word, ig been slowing down over the past year.I know none of y'all really tuned into the tech world.
This is a desperation move by Instagram, they've had nothing but declining user satisfaction and daily users since FB purchased them.
Snapchat is growing at an exponential rate still and is the most popular app with ages 10-25, they going to be fine.

IG is crucial for entrepreneurs, more than FB or Twitter, Snap is just for the younger generation, a small business will never flourish off Snap the way you can off IG....snap

da synergy with IG/FB/twitter keeps all of them relevant.
snapchat is da oddman out in that regard.
lowkey Twitter is da fuel that powers everything else...all those meme START there..then get screenshot & stolen/lifted and make a permanent home on IG/FB.
only problem with twitter is sliding in DMs should be as easy as it is on IG & FB...

I personally enjoy both snapchat and instagram, but have been enjoying snapchat more since its summer.
Its cool to see pretty much raw/unedited videos of friends traveling on snap.
Snap i use just to document life of the non important yet fun stuff, almost like a daily vlog of what I'm doing that day. Real candid videos and I don't have to worry about blowing up my followers feed like I would if i posted all that on instagram

i dont got tine or patience to sift through snaps or random chicks blowing hookah, karaoke, thirst trappin, and rambling..IG is good just a peep & scroll & keep it moving.

If you dont want to watch their story, just delete them. However I do agree that snap is annoying in that it automatically continues
