If you’re referring to my post, I wasn’t trying to do anything. I was just stating facts that were available at the time as some of the major news carriers were reporting otherwise inaccurately.
These incidents very much appear to be hate crimes of a terroristic nature against African-Americans and Hispanics. Two of these events targeted individuals from prominent African-American families here in Austin, which only affirms the nature of these crimes.
Exactly why I stay away from comments on Facebook and news sites, both are breeding grounds for racists. Nine times out of ten, the comments section on anything that involves race is a cesspool of ignorance.
