Bestbuy upgraded our 50 inch vizio with a 240hz 3d TV because they lief and said they had it in stock.

If you don't care about brands Target has a 50" Element for 229.

Vizio is definitely not a top 3 tv brand. I'd take sony or Panasonic first.

They sell a lot of units no doubt mainly for the price point, but sony makes a better display but they're priced high and Panasonic is severely underrated. LG stole their thunder over the years.
