I wore 9.5 in Dame 2 and I went with 10 in the CE Low 2016 PK. However, I've also tried on the Hardens and I was a 9.5 in those.
For other reference, I'm a 10 in Kobe 8-11, Jordan XX9 and a 9.5 in KD 9.

I love the 2016 CE lows - PK and nonPK. They are getting hard to find in my size 10. I did notice Eastbay has some scattered sizes on sale for $100. There is usually a 20% off code out there for Eastbay, so you might be able to get a pair for $80. Beyond that I haven't seen any good deals lately, but will post any that I find.
