The manager told me one per customer but after some persuasion we settled on two pairs if i bought a 7 dollar t shirt lol. Ill take it. Seems like every place is different.

Every place will be different. One store said 3pm they'd know if a shipment is coming. Probably depends on ups/fedex delivery times and such.
