Has he tried on any other UBs? The whites run really snug, IMO, more than any other pair.

If his TTS is 10.5 then an 11 will definitely fit him.

It's not uncommon to go up 0.5 in Ultra Boost if feet are on the wider side

I think he should be good. My TTS is a 9.5, but I chose the size 10 for the whites - nice, comfortable fit. The Navy's, MG's, Olives, and Creams are a better fit for me at my TTS of 9.5.

I went half size down bc I've got a wide foot. I went by what everyone else said in here. Still haven't gotten them in the mail yet to see how they fit
