Go with your 3.0 sizing. They fit a little snug in the ankle but length wise same as other 3.0's. Most people go TTS or 1/2 size down on 3.0's. I like a snug fit so I go 1 full size down like my other 3.0's (CNY and NC).

The ankle fit reminds me of the SeeUlaters from last year. I reckon these should at least be TTS.

I think .5 down from UB 1.0/2.0 works well enough. .5 up and they might be too long. I don't have any other UB 3.0 knits except for these LTD so I can't say if these fit the same as other 3.0. During my initial snug ankle comment I was wearing socks that were a tad thick. Tried them on again with some thinner dri fit socks and they fit better.
