'I truly do think its size-related. I went all in on 11 right away, but they were out. Took a couple extra minutes to do 11.5, and had zero issues.

You might be right on that. Bigger sizes tend to have less stock in general. I was going for a 9 and carted right away; which makes sense, as they typically have the most stock between sizes 8-10. That being said, I have never hit on SNS before today. Ever.
