Copped the uncaged 3ms today, first pair of uncaged so looking forward to getting them

No way, those light gray un caged are some of my favorite ultra boosts period. I actually find them more comfortable than the caged version.

I think the uncaged are dope. Eventually I'll get a pair but I can't seem to bring myself to spend 180 plus tax on them lol.

My first pair of core black UB 2.0s came in today though and i'm impressed.

Fake AF fam. Not just the boost, the whole shape, toe looks goofy. That's why I can't comment on what I think of the 3.0. I am not really feelin it now but once we see those official images I think I'm going to be changing my mind quick. Especially once in hand.

Really like these in person. The knit doesn't feel quite as tight as the other 2.0 ultra boosts IMO. They feel like the initial gradients.

Is it just me or does the RC knit look to be the Gradient 2.0 instead of the OG? The gradient line extending from the cage to the top of the toe box appears to be there in the pictures above. Still copping regardless but just something that came across my mind recently.

I can clearly see a toe box in the RC which is a relief. The gradient line you see may just be the toe cap?

Someone accepted my offer of $225 on GOAT for the Ultra Boost Gold Medal in a sz 12. Looks like it will be the first gradient I keep. That leather cage drew me in. Anyone have ideas on how to best dye the gradient? I kind of want to black out the toebox as much as possible.

Fabric medium + paint. E.g Angelus black paint and GAC 900. Or Angelus has a fabric medium too. But don't dye. It won't dry properly and will get all over your socks.
