Why am I being charged sales tax?

Not sure (in all the confusion) whether someone replied to you or not. It's their system being screwy. The exact opposite will happen to people that normally get charged tax as well (in my case, the Parley uncaged). In those cases ADC remedies the error in a few weeks or so (charges the missing tax) and throws a 15%-20% we're sorry for the mistake code*. I'm not sure how fast calling a CSR is able to expedite the process, in cases where you get overcharged though.
