smallest size I've seen so far is UK6...my girl is a size 6 in womens (so 5.5 PK)...am I SOL ? lol

My girl is the same size. SNS and tgwo both had 4.5 us, but couldn't grab from there. I ended up with a size 5 from naked. She'll just have to put an insole or something.

I've noticed them doing it here and there, probably to offset their shipping price to the US since they offer a flat rate $11.95 shipping and it costs more than that most likely looking at other site's shipping prices
Size? has really cheap shipping, so does footpatrol and SNS but all three are sold out I believe
