2 days worth of wearing these City Socks and they're definitely more comfortable than the first time I put them on.

So youre gonna take a shoe and butcher it to be different? Then obviously you didnt like the look of the shoe to begin with to tinker with a major design element. This is not like blacking out the back part of the core mesh NMD's. Its like cutting off the wings of Jordan IV's. Might as well just get a different model altogether.

I took the eyelets off because the laces served no purpose.... and i liked how it looked lace-less when I went to re-lace them

so I decided to cut them off.... stop being stupid b..... 

they eyelets is NOT a major piece of the design lol.... you sound silly af right now

They'll probably feel wayy more comfortable though. Sign me up for a $130-$150 price range circle knit UB. I'd buy at least 2 for sure. Non-gradient though, thanks.

An entry/mid-level UB is much needed. My wallet cannot handle $180-$200 pricepoint. Luckily most recent UBs haven't caused me to itch for my CC.

Yeah I hear you, I don't see it happening though. I think they see the mesh & CK NMDs as filling that void, whether they actually do or not.

Exactly, if the UB wasn't gorgeous, I wouldn't mess with it at all, no matter how comfy they are.

It goes the other way too. Been wearing these city socks for the past two days and they feel great. But as much as I love the way they look, I wouldn't mess with them if they weren't comfortable.

UBs strike that perfect balance between comfort and aesthetics.
