Has anyone who has been cancelled my sivas received both of the following: paypal order confirmation and sivas order confirmation? 

Yes, received both confirmations and they cancelled on me before. worst part is they didn't even send me a cancellation email. I had to check PayPal myself ot figure it out.

Whatever you do DO NOT contact adidas. I had that same note on my grey gum 750 order and received them.
