Think the 5min headstart might be the issue....can't imagine folks pass if they hit and not sure footstores actually allocate stock along headstarts -- i.e.: 60 % of pairs for 6 min (with say 10% waitlisted), 25% to 5min, 15 to 4min and 10 to 3min starts

Honestly this would be the smart play cause if you have folks at the lower rungs winning then it incentives them to actually spend at the store.
