confirmed is usually what, Tuesday?

Its usually 2 days before the scheduled release date.

Release date is usually a Saturday, so Confirmed on Thursday, and pick up on Friday.

Grailed goes way too hard sometimes. I get it, they're trying to 'reduce scammers' but they damn sure don't want to lose their percentage. 

As the seller you shouldn't be penalized or banned if the buyer is trying to reach out to deal off site, it should be who ever mentions it in my opinion. I usually ask for their emails instead of numbers or mentioning anything off site.
