Yea, this is true. When went to pick up my oreos from champs the manager was saying how there was an allowed amount of stock he can get for his team. He was very open about how any shoe coming through those doors can be had with no questions.
I was like thats whats up man... ill just hopefully keep getting lucky with the app. -__-
