Woke up to a message from bank of america declining a purchase of $229 from SNS smfh...

lesson is to always use Paypal when entering international raffles because in case you win, your bank won't deny the overseas boutique that they are flagging as fraud.

did you have a paypal balance already? It might've taken off the total cost, 200 flat seems a little odd though.
