In this circumstance you have to call footlocker with your reward number and the receipt number and tell them to manually update your rewards. I jigged a couple accounts this way but the thing is the system at some stores gets confused because some stores actually input the code on the phone corresponding with the sneaker which then actually already puts that persons rewards number in however the associates don’t realize this so you then say “hey can I show you my barcode for the rewards” when they scan that account the new one the bottom reads the new account number but half way in the receipt reads the persons name that actually won the shoe
