Log into their website with an account and go to “view orders”

When you've not payed:
If you haven't payed for your order you can try again at 'My Orders' in your account. You can view any order and proceed to 'pay now' or if your order has been canceled you can 'reorder' again if product/sizes are still available. When you didn't create an account at the checkout you can activate yours by going to the 'forgot password' page and enter the e-mail address you've used to place your order.
