It’s not even close. V1s had FAR less quantity but YS didn’t waste people’s time like this (ADC always did though).

You shouldn't need to refresh on YS. If you look at the network traffic on the "in line to purchase" page, you can see that it is constantly polling (trying to get you in)

I filed a chargeback with Citi but YeezySupply disputed it and won by simply showing that it was me that purchased the shoes (never disputed this) and providing a tracking number (showing it never left their warehouse). They are crooks.
