Looks like Adidas is going to be riding Yeezy’s coattails for a long time.. This is what happens when you kill consumer demand by overproducing UBs, NMD R1s, etc. etc. in terrible cws and follow up those models with trash like POD, Nite Joggers, etc. etc. Not to mention, sales were declining BEFORE all this CV mess.
Idk what Adidas would be doing without Kanye to drive brand hype.

Adidas messed up by oversaturating the market with boost, they created a good demand when they first dropped the Ultra Boosts and NMD's. But of course, played it out with too many colors and versions.

Idk if anyone paid attention to Ye’s 1000 pairs of different colors and models from that interview, but I’m quite sure he is pushing for all those colors to drop at some point. Yeezy’s for everyone didn’t just mean Waves, zebras, creams and black static’s. We’re going to see way more colorways and models. Just hope I land the ones I’m actually interested in

Maybe if they deleted Wex’s Instagram account, and they released more pairs of the QNTM instead of 5000 in one city, or more pairs of the Azaels, Alvahs, the MNVNs, and 700 V2 Static, instead of playing games every release, they’d raise some more money. I get that they want to keep some scarcity to drive demand, but I think they’ve been going overboard, they can increase supply more than what they have without oversaturating the market. 100,000 pairs of the QNTMs worldwide would have flown off the shelves. 100,000 pairs worldwide of the Phosphor this past weekend instead of 15,000? Gone. No one is saying they should drop a million pairs of every shoe, but I’m getting sick and tired of them playing games all the time with anything nice and new. I mean, what the **** is Adidas doing?

Besides MNVN and QNTM they are doing aa good job juggling demand and exclusivity. It seems like the MNVN is coming back around with the triple black next month. None of these models will stay hard to get with the exception of the QNTM that released for ASW.

It’s funny you say this because it actually ironically explains why they started selling limited Yeezys again.. People stopped paying attention to their mainline products and UBs, NMDs, and even 4Ds have hit DEEP discounts. They basically burned all the Boost hype they started generating 4-5 years ago and, now, here we are. It’s hilarious since it shows Adidas was totally unprepared for all the attention it received during it’s peak. Instead of further innovating and developing good cws of popular models, they just flooded the market with as much cws as they could of their popular models and hoped for the best. Unlike Nike, they don’t have the ability to rest on their laurels and just throw models in the vault and bring out more cws of other ones since all of the Boost models were new. This could be a case study of what NOT to do as a sneaker company once you start seeing major success lol

I doubt Kanye wants them to do to Yeezy what they did to NMDs and UBs... I doubt he wants 700s ending up at Marshall’s and TJMaxx in FSRs lol

Yeah, I'm glad I opened my eyes to the 380s. Got the Mists in last Thursday and they're maybe my favorite shoe.

Big sizes still available...but really only scattered sizes in the smaller ones. Haven’t ran across a 6.5 though. Undefeated has 10.5-13. Sneaker politics has an 8 and 10. Can’t help you there bro.
SNS has small sizes if you ship from Europe. Not sure if it would make it

people slept on the mist’s hard or it was just bad timing because of COVID. But they are beautiful. Love the digi camo print / colors, and of course that boost is FAT.

Just pulled the trigger on some alvahs for 340. Prob not the best decision but never been able to get through on ys and my luck on raffles has been terrible since the first release of the blk nr 350.
Plus I just sold a whole bunch of used Jordans to a local kid with deep pockets. Hah

For real. Even I slept on them. I thought the Aliens were pretty great looking but not the Mists. That changed quickly after I saw them on feet. So comfortable.
