Late response, but they fit me TTS. I size up to 12 in V2s but wear 11 - 11.5 in basically everything else. 45 boot fits me nicely. 46 would absolutely have been too big.

I actually just watched a youtube video on it lol. I think its based on a payout for the owner on each item. Once the number of plays gets to a certain dollar amount the higher the chance of winning happens..
