didn't think it would change my VIP info and it did, changed and deleted all her info and my account on the app won't change

Make sure ur logged off on all phones apps and check the desktop version see if your name is still there if not change it back. Also before you log onto the app on your phone clear all history ,cookies cache. Than log back in. Sometimes might have to do the delete and download the app again and clear internet history ,cookies a couple of times but should work. Just happened to me also.
