Call back. Ask for a supervisor first and foremost..Explain to him/her that you have been a victim of fraud, and the card should cover this. Stand your ground as a customer... especially if you spend on this card frequently. Threaten to close the card and take your business elsewhere if this is not corrected.. Ask them how they would feel if they were victimized this way? Where would they turn..Demand a refund through them bc seller is ducking you...Stay on them..Eventually they should cave..They want to keep your future business so it's in their best interests to make you whole on this deal..CC company told me they can try to contact him for me, but can't not get a refund without the seller's authorization
