I don’t know how the KO highs fit, but see my earlier post in this thread. These have extremely chunky insoles. I had to swap to normal AJ1 insoles for them to be comfortable.

Wish the leather pair had the canvas cw. I do see how the canvas will go from fresh white to worn in tho.
