I see these are releasing on SNKRS 4.30. If the wifey is a 7-7.5 in wmns should I get her a 7 then?

I guess I'm confused. I don't usually purchase womens shoes. Are these Xl listed as wmns sizes? Or are they Youth size... Im so confused now.

These are a women’s shoe. My wife wears a 7 in women’s, I ordered her a 7 and she loves how they fit. Said they were really comfortable and she’s worn them for a whole day at Disneyland.
