I wore mine for only the second time ever yesterday. I had to keep it 1996 with these shoes and the 1996 NBA Finals jersey.

The retro hit it out. The outsole oxidation over time on OGs make it appear brighter. Originally they were not that vibrant.Seeing that picture really makes me wish the soles had that nice bright shiny red like OG did

The og definitely had brighter soles. I’ve owned 2 og pairs, and this being my fav shoe ever I remember very distinctly. Still love the 2019 though.

The aging-oxidation makes them look more like a bright orange.
The OGs were bright red.

To date they have never been done better and no the 2000s were not it please remove the nostalgia rose shades. With age these will be right alongside the OGs but hey im not stating anything that hasnt been shared plenty of times already.

A few reasons.
-I haven’t been wearing Jordan’s as much as before. Not nearly as much. It’s really mainly for nights out or mall errand days. (Which are scarce for me these days)
-I’ve been mentally deciding if I want to keep the Jordan’s I do have DS or just sell and get some cash back in my pockets.
-When I do wanna rock Breds I really just throw on my CDP’s cause they’re beaters but still look aight for their age / how many times I’ve worn em.
Currently I have DMP & Infrared 6’s both DS and these DS. There are days I look up resale value and debate but If I’m completely honest with myself tho I don’t think I’d sell these. Just once I rock em I know imma wear em into the ground over the next 10+ years. So it’s ripping the band aid off, I just haven’t done it yet.

Mine are new still too. I wanted to sell my cdp before I wore them. But now just waiting for the right situation. Seems like this summer I should break out these my carmines my Infareds and fire red 4s. Haven’t wore any of those yet
