They probably will be the same fit. I feel with 13s it’s usually half size down or if you want some wiggle room you can go TTS. Having said that, i know the last retro of the bred 13s from 2017 fit small, I had to half size up in those. Those were the only 13s i had to half size up.

Those 2017s were def cut small

I just scored a pair of 2017 Chicago’s for $220 on eBay

Other than that the only 13s I have are the Altitudes but I don’t wear them much the squeaking tongue drives me nuts.

Oh it will be. 13s don’t get near the love (hype) that 11s get from all the trendy sheep, of which there are many. The trend followers love them some 1s and 11s.
