Won a raffle in Footlocker it’s been awhile since I won a raffle under FTL. I usually get my kicks at my local boutique.

I’m in the Bay Area what time is the pick up for raffles? Because it says between 6PM GMT and 10 PM GMT. I’m like wtf GMT?!?!
