yeah I'd take the 3s over the HUs. I personally think HUs are corny with the words on em.

You're over reacting. I have a pair like that directly from a retailer so it happens. It doesn't always mean someone tried it on or it's "used". They're beautiful shoes - enjoy them.

I’m pretty sure they only check for authenticity, not for quality. Anyone correct me if I’m wrong.

Just take the shoe trees out and put the tissue stuffing in there instead to decrease them.

Remember I had that on my Infrared 3s back then. Ehhh I could see why people would be pissed personally if they like everything to be crispy and pristine. Not a problem to me though.
