I can appreciate how they scaled it back a bit design wise, but the colorways shown off seem a bit too simple and plain. I’m on the fence on the looks of them.

Oh well..looks like the first Air Jordan model I will not own. Cannot stand low top sneakers and all these brands keep making shoes lower and lower.

They're very much an amalgamation of the current design language used on Luka's and Zion's, even a bit of Tatum, so I'm fine with the aesthetic, but as a flagship it still needs to stand out more.

They look really comfortable was my first thought, probably to the point that they won't have to break in all that much.
Colorways and the paint splatter is super boring tho, if JB starts hitting their usual run of colorways (like China, FIBA, WNBA, etc...) we'll get better pairs.
I wanna see colorways based on the AJ9 Charcoal, Flint and AJ9 low Blue Pearl... think they'd pop

They are really stressing the wear testing in these articles. Which people called into question after the Grant Williams debacle in the 37’s. And the complaints of the X-Plate separation in the 38’s.

I have mixed feelings on this. On one hand these are way better than the 38’s and they look like they combined the 29’s with the kobe 8’s. On the other hand I really don’t like the low top design even though they’re a 3/4 cut.
