Central time zone. I've contacted both companies and am waiting for responses. I'm out of the country right now so hoping it gets settled once I get back to Texas.I don't know what time zone you are in, but technically they have until 7pm to deliver a package I believe. As far as a lost package goes, thats never happened to me but I'm assuming Nike would either replace them if there still is a pair in your size or return your money. I also think you should hold UPS accountable and see what you can get from them if you throw "I'm going to seek legal council" lol its a retro, so it's not as easy to replace.
I doubt Nike holds on to extras for this type of thing but who knows. I'm crossing my fingers that it somehow gets delivered today.
