I'm not sure. I've seen fake pairs with some 3M on them. I can't really tell because of the angle but the top of the tongue doesn't look perfectly round/smooth. Also the biggest tell on these is the EP on the back, and it shouldn't come up very high.
You need to get pictures of:
backs of both shoes
straight ahead (not taken above the shoes) picture of both tongues
