doubt it, i just checked for my size and its at a steady $250, if anything prices will probably stagnant or go up a tad bit. You might get lucky locally and catch a reseller unloading stock for $220-230ish, ive seen a couple of local posts where people were just trying to unload these quick

Best shoe of all time or not, those needed to go in the bin a decade ago . good work though getting 17 years wear from something. my record is 12 years for some Gucci loafers til i eventually completely outgrew the size & offed them on Ebay.

My 01’s been gone since about 2006 or so but what you think about the 2018’s in comparison? From what I remember of my pair these new ones are damn close in quality terms...

Oh my bad these were my 2011s LOL. I missed spelled (numbered?) it. My 2001s are still fresh as hell. Yeah the 2001s are very close in quality to the 2018s.

Yeah thats why I was asking if anyone else's elephant print is torn up at that location. Gotta make sure everyone has a legit and normal pair! If you dont got that chewed up part your kicks aren't right!

I was able to get two pairs without that tear, but I did have to look through 3 other pairs with your issue.

My KF pair arrived with more “flaws” than my Nike pair. Doesn’t matter since I’m gonna beat them up anyway.

Is it me or is the tongue seem really low on these. Wearing my fire reds and the tongue extends higher when worn which I like since the jumpman is exposed more and not blocked by laces.

Yes - is this the first 3s you owned? 5s are the same way if it’s a 3m toungue or something else smooth.
Give it a week it will go away or just lace them up higher ...

Wore my pair yesterday, brings back so much nostalgia. This is the first Jordan I have had 4 different versions of (2001, CDP, 2011, 201. I remember loving my 2001 pair in high school. I had never seen them in person until release day. On the old retro cards they looked like a skateboarding shoe and I was iffy at best on them. Fast forward to release day and they were sitting on display at footlocker. They have been one of my favorites ever since. As much as I loved my 2001s, the CDP was trash, as was the 2011 pair. So far, the 2018s are fairly comparable from what I remember of the 2001 pair. Can't wait to continue wearing them and will have to double up in a few weeks when the market settles. This thread is awesome as it shows how many people love this shoe and all the stories that go along with it. Hope everyone was able to get a pair, and if you do....please wear them!

My 2001 pair started to detach and a small chunk of the midsole broke off when I was picking up the 2018s These are pretty spot on except the tongue which is wider on the 2001. Took 17 years to get a proper retro but the day finally came.
