Yea the tongue on the OG was terrible. The nice thing about the 99 retro was they fixed the tongue and didn’t really mess with anything else.
That 99 bred 4 is still the best retro of any J ever.

Might resurrect my 99s if I cop 2 pair of these and use 1 for a donor midsole

that's an expensive donor sole my man. better off using a pair of dub zeros or another pair of nikes/team jordans that have the same sole
