Naw, no confusion here. You talk about "knowing about quality" and having all these retro and OGs, but yet willing to accept the sub-standard quality JB is now crapping out and then call those of us who grew up with the brand 'whiners' because we expect aOriginally Posted by sthebest
You must have me confused with someone else. I said that the Black/Cement IIIs had areas where they cut corners, buy my pair was good quality and without defects. And fall back son, I'm not some newbie who just started buying Jordans yesterday. I have retros and OGs dating back to Is from 1985, so I know a thing or two about quality. But you don't see me pulling an Aaliyah and writing a four page letter about Jordan Brand's declining quality.Originally Posted by SoleAddict34

We've known for two months that the grey was going to be darker than the 99s.But you can't judge the quality of a sneaker based on pics. The Militarys from 06 looked good in pics and as we all know were a trainwreck in person.
As much as you whine and complain, White/Cement IVs in the manner you want them in are NEVER coming back so you might as well get used to it.Just eat up the crap JB is feeding you and stop whining like us 'cry babies'...
If you're that unhappy about what Jordan Brand is putting out, stop buying and focus your attention on other brands. Lord knows that there are plenty of other companies outside of Nike and Jordan Brand that produce them.
quality product that we so loved in the past and still do now.
You speak as if JB can't produce a better product. I've been on this site long enough to read all your unsubtantiated nonsense theories about "the factories don't have access to the same leather..." yada, yada... The simple fact is they are maximizing their profits
by taking advantage of the loyal customers. Do I hate on them for making as much money as they can?, no, its business. Do I expect better for the ever increasing price tag they are asking for?...yes.
And yes, I've stopped purchasing JB shoes a long time ago, but am still always holding out the small hope that they one day decide to honor their loyal customers by producing a quality product that doesn't have "freaking vinyl" on it in place of real leather....
As long as they continue to produce retros of beloved shoes there will be those of us 'purists' who 'whine' for better quality for the money they're asking...I'm appreciative of those on here who demand better because, who knows, pretty soon all their shoes will be
made completely out of plastic....
